Unfortunately, our estate agents were a complete shambles and could never get a straightforward answer. It came towards the end of the selling & buying process, when our estate agents refused to contact us regarding a few questions we needed answering. This resulted in delaying the moving process and holding up the chain. Stephen and his amazing team stepped in and intervened, as our estate agents were making our lives a misery and prolonging things. We wish we had come across Rennie & Co from the moment we started thinking about moving as they are extremely helpful and make sure you are kept in the loop.
